What is one right wing single party state and one left wing single party state during the soviet union?
Q. I was thinking that the left wing single party state would be the Bolsheviks and the right wing single party state would be the Mensheviks, but am I right?

A. No, the Mensheviks were initially in the same Marxist party as the Bolsheviks - the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party - so they were also left-wing. I'm a little confused about your question; do you mean a left, or right, wing party during the period before the October Revolution, or, do you mean a one party state that existed at the same time as the Soviet Union that were left or right wing? If the first - then the nearest to a right wing party during the revolutionary period would be the Cadets, who were a liberal democratic party (there were no right wing parties of any size). If you mean the second - then either Fascist Italy or Nazi Germany were extant during the lifespan of the Soviet Union. And China became Communist under… [cont.]

How can we silence right wing opposition to President Obama?
Q. How can we silence opposition to President Obama? We know that Obama will be elected cause certain groups have created the votes, but now we are in what can we do to stop the fascist? I mean talk radio, right wing religious leaders, and some of the capitalist movements. Will we have to expand the FBI to go after them or create another organization?

A. Yea if Acorn hadn't screwed it up for Obama it would have been a clear landslide. We had the million fake registered votes all setup to get obama in. Once obama gets in office and the streets run wild with madness it will be easy to target the Republicians take away their votes so this never happens agains. change chicago style to America Style > Body count. Why is nazism considered to be on the right wing of the political spectrum?
Q. Investigating both politics and Nazism, I conclude that right wing politics does not really apply to Nazism. Nazi's hated capitalism which is the base of right wing beliefs. Nazis also are extreme racist, but I do not understand how that has anything to do with right wing politics at all. Also right wing politics likes to reduce government, but Hitler expanded the government to an extrodinary size and made sure the government had overall control over the private sector. That does not seem to be a right wing agenda either.

Is the Right Wing of the Republican Party Damaging them Beyond Repair?
Q. It appears that the right wing of the Republican party, for example, Sarah, Palin, Bobby Jindal and Rush Limbaugh have done much damage to the image of the party and their ability to win an election. Is the damage so severe that is cannot be fixed and how will they do this without alienating the 15-20% of Conservatives on the right?

A. The damage is major but it is still possible to repair their image if they distance themselves from the Fringe Right. I doubt very much this will happen and instead I see another defeat in 2010. As it is, they are in Panic Mode and are blocking, obstructing and saying no to whatever Obama does out of sheer disarray, even if the policy is one they agree with. The Republican Party is a disaster at the moment and in appearance after appearance their leaders have made fools out of them. It is almost as if they want to lose. The 15% of the far right have ruined it chances of being a major challenge to Dems for the foreseeable future. All good in my opinion. A. The right is Pro-Gun and for strong national defense/security. The right is considered more war-like but the left is more agressive in an ankle-biting dog kind of way, annoying but harmless. Unles they have their hand in your pocket then watch out because they are either feeling you up or stealing your wallet or both.

What I find really funny about that is that there are PLENTY of psycho, right-wing websites they can hoot and holler and scream on (Fox Noise immediately comes to mind.) But they like to spew their bile here on Yahoo Answers, a fairly mainstream website. That tells me that the right wingers on this site are just interested in annoying "leftists," "liberals," Obama supporters or anyone who doesn't agree with them. Why else would they be here? I don't know if that's sad, scary, or both.

A. I've got one uncle that is a alcoholic and one that is gay. I'm not right wing because I acknowledge they exist - I live in the real world, not an imaginary one where everything I do and think is correct and everyone else is wrong. EDIT: And I take no more responsibility for PETA or ELF than I do for the crazy schizo walking down the street. And yes, I had a public debate a few years ago with the former head of ELF and attacked his loony fringe as comperable to what you are talking about. That didn't go over well with him.
